Il pollo alle mandorle, diciamo la verità, in Cina quasi certamente non sanno nemmeno cos’è; in compenso è l’indiscusso cavallo di battaglia dei ristoranti cinesi qui in Italia.
A me molti piatti classici di quelli che sono stati fra i primi ristoranti etnici nel nostro paese piacciono; sento già alle spalle un coro sdegnato di persone che detestano la cucina cinese, che sai la puzza di fritto/ non sai cosa mangi/ e tutte le salse/ il glutammato fa male.
