Orange sauteed carrots.

This recipe is slightly different from others you can find on blog.

Or at least photos are different: this is because the recipe has been done for a partnership with a famous pots and pans Italian Brand called Moneta and its pan collection Pantone inspired and a supermarket chain.

I’ve been asked to choose a color from some Pantone shades, I’ve always loved blue and I had to enhance this color and I decided to use its complementary color, orange.

Photos are quite bright uh? 😀

Recipe is easier than ever, I should say a boost of orange energy!

Enjoy it and say goodbye to cold season with me ( oh well, maybe as here, after days of sun and summer weather, now it’ s as cold as in November).

Instructions
  1. Chop carrots in thick sticks, sautee them in a pan witho oil, salt and pepper.
  2. When carrots are done but not too soft add orange juice, raise heat and sautee for a couple of minutes. Serve hot or warm.
