Questa settimana partecipo alla sfida indetta da iFood, Inalpi, Altissimo Ceto e la Festa della Rete per il miglior sous chef 2015.

Il promettente giovane che io e altre quattro food blogger sosteniamo è Luca Fabbian, classe ’91, sous chef presso La Maniera di Carlo a Milano.
