Invisible Apple Cake: A Refined French Apple Dessert

all purpose flour

caster sugar
1tsp
baking powder
To taste:
cinnamon
ground ginger
walnuts, chopped
raisins
Instructions
Peel apples and slice them very thinly with a mandoline slicer.
Set aside.
In a bowl mix all other ingredients, you'll have a thick batter.
It could seem very little, it's ok.
Add apple slices and mix gently.
Set aside for 15 minutes, mixing now and then.
Apples will release their juice and the batter will spread evenly.
Pour the batter in a greased tin ( round or plum- cake shaped), you can sprinkle some sugar on top.
Bake at 360°C for about 45 minutes.
Let it cool, it's even better if eaten the day after.
