Beer banana bread.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 3 overripe bananas
  • 6 tbsp melted butter ( or 5 tbsp vegetable oil + 1 tbsp water)
  • 12 oz bottled beer of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 400°F and grease a plum- cake pan.
  • Mash bananas in a bowl, add walnuts, sugar, butter and vanilla extract then sift in flour and baking powder.
  • Mix well then pour the beer, mix well and pour into the pan.
  • Bake for about 45-50 minutes, wait until cold before removing from the pan.
