Milk stout chocolate truffles.

dark chocolate, chopped
dutch cocoa to dust
Put the beer on fire into a saucepan, let it simmer until reduced by half.
Remove from fire and add the chopped chocolate, stir until it's all melted and the mix is shiny.
Put into the fridge until set then, with a spoon, take some chcolate and make balls, the size of a walnut, and roll them into Dutch cocoa.
Keep refrigerate right before serving.
